Sedatives and analgesics are often kinda thought of as nice to have, but not critical. But really, from an EMS standpoint, once you go beyond cardiac arrest, airway stuff, and things to raise your blood pressure, they’re the things that we can offer the most folks with the most impact in prehospital care.
